Simply slice the Bell Peppers and Onions into strips. Then Cut the Cherry Tomatoes in half. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.



Toss the Salad
Finally, add the Champagne Vinegar and Olive Oil to the Bowl. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste. Then mix/toss gently, ensuring all ingredients are well coated in the oil and vinegar. Then serve. That’s all there is to making this unique salad.

- 12 oz Ripe Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 Bell Peppers (Green, Yellow and Red)
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 1 tbsp Champagne Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Slice the 3 Bell Peppers and place them into a bowl.
- Slice the 1 Onion and place in bowl.
- Cut 12 oz Cherry Tomatoes into halfs and place in bowl.
- Add 1 tbsp Champagne Vinegar and 2 tbsp Olive Oil to the bowl
- Season the scallops with Salt & Pepper.
- Gently Mix and Toss.
